About the founder

Lute Atieh has spent nearly two decades working alongside organizations to improve workforce training, knowledge transfer, and frontline performance across industries including food production, aerospace, aviation, and precision manufacturing. Through years of collaboration with plant floor operators, maintenance teams, training managers, and HR departments, he repeatedly saw the same challenge: critical process knowledge lives in the heads of experienced employees, yet the tools to capture and share that knowledge are often complex, expensive, and disconnected from how work actually happens.
Over the course of his career, Lute helped build and scale workforce training and technology initiatives focused on technical skills development and AI-enabled frontline performance. Working with manufacturers, industry associations, and workforce organizations across North America, he consistently observed a gap between the tools companies buy and the realities of the shop floor.
Annovox was created to close that gap by making it simple to capture real processes and turn them into clear, practical training that works alongside the systems companies already use.
