Annovox and Missouri Association of Manufacturers Launch TK Capture to Preserve Frontline Knowledge

By Annovox Team • May 15, 2026

Annovox and the Missouri Association of Manufacturers have launched TK Capture, a practical program that turns shop-floor expertise into human-reviewed Video SOPs and reusable training content for Missouri manufacturers.

New partnership gives Missouri manufacturers a faster way to turn shop-floor expertise into reusable Video SOPs, onboarding content and micro-training.

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. and SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (August 2, 2026): Annovox and the Missouri Association of Manufacturers (MAM) today announced a strategic partnership to help Missouri manufacturers capture critical tribal knowledge and convert it into clear, practical workforce training. Through the partnership, MAM has introduced TK Capture, a member-focused knowledge-transfer program powered by Annovox.

TK Capture helps manufacturers record real processes on the shop floor using a phone or tablet and transform that raw footage into short, professionally produced training videos. The resulting content can be used for Video SOPs, standard work, onboarding, cross-training, safety instruction, process documentation and step-by-step guidance.

The program combines AI-assisted production with human review, allowing manufacturers to move faster without handing control of the content to automation. Frontline experts remain involved throughout the process, helping ensure the finished training reflects the equipment, terminology and work practices used inside the facility.

"The most valuable training content in a manufacturing company is often still living in the heads of experienced employees," said Lute Atieh, Founder of Annovox. "MAM understands the urgency of preserving that knowledge. TK Capture gives manufacturers a practical way to document real work, create training their teams will actually use and keep critical expertise from walking out the door."

As part of the launch, MAM is offering manufacturers the opportunity to test TK Capture with one complimentary pilot video. Companies can film and upload a process themselves or request on-site filming, with an initial draft targeted within 48 hours. The manufacturer owns the finished training video.

"Workforce development and knowledge transfer remain major challenges for manufacturers across Missouri," said Michael Eaton, Executive Director of MAM. "TK Capture gives our members a straightforward way to preserve what their best people know, standardize training and make that knowledge easier to use across shifts, departments and generations of employees."

TK Capture is designed to help manufacturers onboard employees faster, upskill existing teams, improve process consistency, reduce knowledge loss, support safer work practices and make critical instructions easier to access at the point of work.

The partnership also demonstrates a scalable model for manufacturing associations, workforce-development organizations and industry service providers seeking to offer modern knowledge-capture and video-training capabilities to their members. Annovox supports branded and white-label partner programs while handling the production workflow, multilingual capabilities and human quality review behind the scenes. For MAM, the program supports its mission to promote, preserve and advance manufacturing in Missouri by giving member companies a practical tool to preserve operational knowledge and strengthen workforce readiness. For Annovox, the partnership expands access to its AI-assisted, human-reviewed video training model through a trusted statewide manufacturing organization.
